The Doobler population has been almost entirely wiped out by the forest fires. However, this ensures that only the strongest and most capable Dooblers have survived. The next generation may be the best wave of Dooblers yet. But, the Dooblers have less choice for the fittest mate, so there will likely be less Doobler litters produced than ever before.
